10U HEAD COACH / OC: Bogdan Pernes
Bio:
Coach Bogdan Pernes is the heartbeat of the team—leading with passion, purpose, and a deep understanding of offensive strategy. As both Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator, he sets the tone on and off the field. Coach Pernes is a master at designing explosive plays, building team chemistry, and making football fun while still demanding excellence. Known for his creative playbook and up-tempo style, he emphasizes quick decision-making, smart execution, and playing with confidence. Whether it's a deep bomb or a slick reverse, his offense keeps defenses guessing and fans cheering.
10U GENERAL MANAGER: Roman Raczka
Bio:
Roman Raczka is the engine behind the scenes—the strategic mind who keeps the team moving forward and thriving.
As General Manager, he’s responsible for assembling talent, coordinating operations, and ensuring the coaching staff and players have everything they need to succeed.
A natural leader and respected voice within the organization, Roman brings a calm presence and a sharp eye for potential.
His commitment to excellence, both on and off the field, helps create an environment where athletes grow, families feel welcome, and the team culture stays strong.

7U DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR: Rob Beaubien
Bio:
Rob Beaubien began his coaching journey in 2021, stepping into the role of Offensive Coordinator with a passion for strategy and player development. His natural leadership and deep understanding of the game quickly propelled him into a Head Coach position, where he led multiple successful seasons and earned the respect of players and peers alike.
As his oldest son began competing in tournament play, Rob shifted his focus to spend more time with his family while continuing to contribute his coaching expertise.
Now entering his fifth season, Rob serves as the Defensive Coordinator for the 7U Apex Predator Flag Football Team, working alongside Coach Pickens.
Known for his disciplined approach and ability to teach young athletes the fundamentals of defensive play, Rob remains a cornerstone of the Apex Predator coaching staff, helping to shape the next generation of competitors.
10U DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR: Dariusz Gudel
Bio:
Coach Dariusz Gudel brings intensity, strategy, and a love for the game to every snap. Known for his sharp defensive mind and attention to detail, Coach Gudel has a reputation for building units that swarm to the ball and play with heart. His coaching philosophy revolves around accountability, communication, and relentless pursuit of excellence. Whether it's dialing up zone blitzes or teaching the fundamentals of flag-pulling, Coach Gudel ensures every player understands their role and feels empowered to execute. His ability to break down game film and make in-game adjustments has made him a key asset on the sidelines.

Bio:
Coach Elliot Pickens brings a deep passion and dedication to the game of flag football. As the Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator for the 7U Apex Predators, Coach Pickens is committed to developing young athletes by teaching them the fundamentals, discipline, and teamwork required to succeed on and off the field.
Coach Pickens has spent the last 10 years shaping future athletes, focusing not just on winning, but on doing things the right way. His philosophy centers around building confidence, fostering a love for the game, and instilling proper technique from an early age. Under his leadership, the 7U Apex Predators are known for their high-energy play, smart execution, and strong team culture.
7U GENERAL MANAGER: Erika Henderson
Bio:
Erika Henderson is a dedicated team manager for the 7U Apex Predator Flag Football team, bringing both leadership and a strong athletic background to her role.
A graduate of Dakota High School in Macomb Township, Michigan, Erika was a standout athlete on the varsity girls' basketball team. During her high school career, she earned both All-County and All-State honors, underscoring her exceptional talent and commitment to the sport. In her junior year, Erika played a pivotal role in leading the Cougars to a district championship, a testament to her skill and teamwork on the court.
Today, Erika applies her passion for sports and her organizational skills to support the young athletes of the 7U Apex Predator Flag Football team. Her experience as a high-level competitor provides invaluable insight and mentorship, helping to foster a positive and growth-oriented environment for the team.
